Boeing’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Advisor to join the team for an initial 12 Months Contract position hired via our Managed Service Partner.

We are looking to hire Talent Sourcing Specialists to support our growing International portfolio. In this role you will join a team tasked with delivering strategic hiring across the globe. You will build and maintain talent pools, engage with potential applicants and react to surge hiring needs. This role is based from our Gdansk office and offers flexibility to be based in the office or ‘hybrid’ working from home.

Profile Description

Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies

Attend project calls and intake meetings for new projects and individual positions

Partner with colleagues to increase applicant volume and speed of hire

Deliver innovative sourcing solutions that generate diverse talent pools and shortlists

Promote social media content across all channels

Own the candidate experience

Build boolean strings that reach hidden, qualified talent

Build outreach communication that is appealing and engaging to future prospects

Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based colleagues and candidates where applicable
 

What you will bring:

Demonstrable experience in Talent Sourcing, research or related field

Experience of building Boolean search strings

Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets

Proactive approach to problem solving

‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service

Engaging communicator, fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Culturally aware, recognizing the need to respect all views and perspectives
