About the Role
Responsible for sourcing talent across multiple channels and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, with a strong focus on ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Talent Sourcing
Support recruiters to source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks)Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates according to role requirementsConduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' experience, and cultural fitTalent Onboarding
Act as bridge between hiring manager, new hire, recruiter, IT and facilities team for pre-onboarding process, to ensure all required onboarding preparation is completed timely for a pleasant onboarding experience.Conduct Day 1 onboarding session in guiding new hires completing required tasks.Maintain and audit recruitment data accuracy input by recruiters, for compliance purposeManage recruitment invoice payment and third party vendor management systemDevelop and maintain working relationships with HR Business Partners, Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide assistance with recruiting needs.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
