Talent Specialist, EMEA

The Talent Specialist, EMEA, generally supports the execution of integrated talent management initiatives, programs, processes, and related tools/resources in alignment with business strategies for ABS and its affiliated companies. This work is usually delivered on a regional or local basis.   This person acts as the regional “face” of the Talent Management department for a designated geographic area and coordinates and communicates with internal stakeholders on an as-needed basis.  This person also contributes to the training, facilitation and assessment of ABS staff in regard to ABS training programs and related initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Works with Manager, Talent Development Programs and Program Manager, Early Careers Programs to support Talent Management and Early Careers programs in their assigned geographic areas.  Regionally participates in and coordinates the following programs and processes within their assigned geographic area:  Talent Review  Performance Navigator  Beacon Open Enrollment Programs  As Talent SME, either participates in the design of talent programs or acts as a quality control and review SME to ensure the highest quality programs are created by Talent Management. Acts as advocate from a cultural and leading practices perspective of employees and managers for assigned geographic area as it relates to Talent programs and processes. Acts as a Talent Specialist for the Propel program, handling full cycle Propel support for designated staff members in your geographic area, as well as providing training and mentoring to others who are HRMs and HRBPs supporting Propel participants in your area. Acts as a facilitator as needed for other talent programs like MA/MX for teaching relevant course content to participants and/or acting as a program manager when others are facilitating for the program, as assigned.  Acts as Regional Coordinator for the Aspire program(s) within region including recruitment coordination, offer and onboarding coordination and communication, working with assigned business leaders to plan rotations, acting as mentor/coach to Aspire program participants, at the direction of the Program Manager, Early Career Programs. Acts as a liaison as needed between FSG and management chain of command relating to applicable regional talent related budgets. Builds and maintains strong, positive, effective working relationships with HR teams and business/function leaders within assigned region.  As assigned, may lead special projects to update/upgrade talent processes or flex to support Talent programs outside assigned region as directed by management. Provides ad hoc coaching and guidance to managers and employees on career development as needed.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

2-3 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Training/Learning or a related function. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Well-organized and detail oriented Strong communications skills, including fluency in Greek and English Cross-cultural understanding of both regional area as well as the global ABS culture Proven coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills required Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to meet deadlines simultaneously High self-motivation, results orientation, and ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, result focused, collaborative environment Strong PC skills including MS Office suite of products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to travel up to 10% within region or globally as required 

Reporting Relationships

This position reports to a manager-level position.
