ACCOUNTABILITIES
Employer Branding: Develop and drive EVP strategies to strengthen organization reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
Enhance organization reputation through global and local recognitions on workplace culture.Plan and create compelling and consistent content pillars across company social media and external communication channels, in synergy with Corporate Communications team.Develop and deploy activation activities to foster impactful employer brand presence via multiple channels, not limit to recruitment events, career fairs for early careers, networking opportunities for mid-careers, career bootcamp, etc.Build relationship and partnership with universities, reputational organizations & professional associations to embed thought leadership and broadcast employer brand. Create and distribute internal HR communications, including newsletters, event announcement, updates.Learning & Development: Develop and drive Learning & Development offerings to address core development needs and future-fit capabilities.
Plan, coordinate with GBS L&D and facilitate locally/globally mandatory trainings with continuous improvement. Promote a culture of continuous learning by driving usage of internal resources, including digital learning platforms, mentoring, and coaching initiatives, workshops.Propose and lead data-driven solutions and initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness.Apply industry best practices and emerging trends, maintain relationships with external training providers to continuously improve our programs and offerings.Talent & Culture: Assist Talent pipeline and Culture building journey.
Lead/Support quality intake of Early-Career Recruitment Programs (Global Graduate Programme, Battle of Minds).Collaborate with the HR team to ensure highest level of employee experience through positive onboarding experience and engagement through leading globally cascaded campaigns and events, with Wellbeing and D&I at core.Assist the organizational deployment of D&I, Engagement & Culture agenda.Provide assistance in policy, procedure and process review for Talent, L&D, Recruitment, and other related agenda.WE ARE BAT
