Talent Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer Philippines. This role will be based in Manila. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

The Consultant will assist in the growth of both existing and new business in Career by managing and delivering projects, networking, and prospecting for current or new products and services, while ensuring the successful closure of pipeline projects. You will collaborate closely with the Business Leader and Consulting Leader on the overall development and implementation of HR programs for Mercer clients, as well as support sales activities. The role of a Talent Strategy Consultant entails partnering with organizations to create and implement effective talent management strategies that align with their business objectives.

Project Management: Manage and delivery HR projects by ccollaborating with clients to assess their current talent management practices and develop strategic plans that address workforce needs, talent acquisition, retention, and development.

Client Management: Building strong relationships with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Manage sales targets by pursuing sales leads, actively managing individual opportunities, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, and leading opportunity meetings with clients.

Deliver group presentations and help develop new opportunities by introducing existing and prospective clients to other services and products to drive revenue.

Talent Assessment: Conducting assessments of existing talent pools, identifying skill gaps, and recommending strategies for talent development and succession planning.

Program Development: Designing and implementing programs related to employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Data Analysis: Analyzing workforce data and metrics to provide insights into talent trends, employee performance, and engagement levels, helping clients make informed decisions.

Training and Development: Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices in talent management and to enhance their internal capabilities.

Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent management to provide clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.

Contribute 10%-15% to the Career revenue target.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting (related to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework ) Proven project management skills Advanced skills in Excel.Masterful communication skills that captivate and clarify, ensuring messages are both engaging and effectively delivered.
