As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who will sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

Your primary responsibilities include:Participate in and lead development projects using HR cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, Company, etc. This includes activities such as planning, requirement definition, design, development, implementation, post-implementation operational support, and BPO support.Contribute to the creation of a global standardization promotion system and roadmap, provide support for product selection, and facilitate the fit-gap analysis between the client's business and the application. This also includes providing localization support in each country using our in-house knowledge.Project sizes may vary from small and short-term to large and long-term, depending on the specific project.
