Purpose

The gap between internal talent demand & supply is a major challenge for technology sectors worldwide. Bosch Global Software and Technologies Vietnam (BGSW Vietnam) with a mission of becoming Bosch’s software powerhouse and talent hub, we have greater responsibility to meet global talent demands and support the industry.

You will join and lead a project to define and drive the learning initiatives for internal talents at BGSW Vietnam. A great opportunity for creating the future talents for Bosch!

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of reskilling and upskilling programs for employees in the embedded systems & IT domain.Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.Collaborate with all stakeholders (including department heads, team leaders, Indian Talent Hub team, etc.) to deliver training program smoothly.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, measure program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.Act as a main contact point to integrate new Talent platform in BGSW Vietnam.Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees participating in the training program.Roll-out of Platform (tool) & maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.Other tasks as assigned by managers.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 6 years experience in related fieldExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.Experience in Embedded or IT software DevelopmentStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience in working together with a corporate L&D environment is a plus.
