The Talent Utilization Coordinator will serve as the lead for managing staffing and utilization across multiple persona teams. They will report to the Delivery Capability Leader with a dotted line to the relevant Persona Strategy Leads . This role will be fully internal. This role is a Manager or Sr. Manager.
Responsibilities:
50% Utilization
• Oversee activities supporting persona:
• Utilization for the persona team to ensure the team is meeting Digital utilization goals
• Coordinate staffing (engagements, internal efforts, etc.)
• Report overall team progress and escalations to the Delivery Capability Lead associated Persona Strategy Lead
• Run detailed reports to assess workforce utilization, comparing forecasts with actual data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Work with Digital workforce enablement to leverage Adaptive Demand Planning tools to proactively identify hiring needs based on sold work and pipeline opportunities.
• Engage directly with Project Leaders as appropriate to address and reconcile differences between forecasted and actual project utilization.
50 % Staffing
• Coordinate with Resource Management team on identifying resource for open roles on projects and perspective projects
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to conduct initial reviews of pricing tools from Risk Review, ensuring that all pricing strategies are viable and align with company standards.
• Coordinate with India Persona Coordinators and Resource Management team on global team staffing and development
• Responsible for working with Contingent Workforce team to find high quality contractors when needed and replacing with full time resources
• Prepare for and participate in Risk Review and other staffing meetings
o Serve as staffing liaison by participating in weekly staffing meetings in partnership with Resource Management
• Work closely with recruitment teams to identify potential candidates for open roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient staffing process.
• Maintain partnerships with Recruiting to support hiring needs to meet current and projected business demand for the Persona Community by:
o Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions
o Ensuring requisitions are open to fill business need gaps and the recruiting team is aware of prioritized needs
o Serving as recruiting liaison to ensure recruiting has interviewer pools available to meet demands
• Generate and analyze reports with the Resource Management team to determine staff availability, ensuring that the right resources are allocated correctly to projects with the right allocations %.
• Work with Persona Enablement lead on staffing internal initiatives, domain leads, and other plus one activities based on interest and availability of team members
Metrics:
• Team Utilization
• Count of Contingent Workers on projects by Persona by quarter
• Achievement to target global staffing mix
• Forecast to Actuals accuracy by Persona by quarter
• Evaluation measurement from Engagement Leaders, Executive Sponsors, and Strategy Leads
Qualifications:
+ Prior Workday Implementation experience in at least one workstream of the position being applied to is required
+ Analytical skillset with experience interpreting data into meaningful insights and strategies
+ Demonstrated experience building trust and rapport with stakeholders and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics in a concise manner
+ The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff within Persona Community and across the Workday Digital Team
+ Ability to lead and manage global teams
+ Prior experience balancing multiple priorities in both internal and client-facing capacities
+ A willingness to learn and embrace new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
+ The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $143,000 - $222,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
