This dynamic and successful Architecture firm, based in the heart of the CBD, is seeking talented Mid-Senior level Interior Designers to join and lead the Interior Design team. They specialise in crafting innovative and impactful designs for a variety of significant projects, with a current emphasis on Multi-residential interiors. This is a unique opportunity to not only contribute to landmark projects but also to spearhead and expand our interior design team, collaborating closely with architects and other design professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow our interior design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Collaborate closely with architects and other design professionals to ensure seamless integration of interior and architectural elements. Oversee multiple mid-large scale projects, initially focusing on Multi-residential interiors, and manage all phases from concept through to completion. Produce high-quality documentation, manage project coordination, and ensure alignment with design goals and client expectations. Contribute to and lead efforts in design competitions, showcasing our team's creativity and expertise across diverse project types.

Skills and Experience:

Experience working on mid-large scale interior design projects with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design prowess. Ability to spearhead and nurture the growth of a talented interior design team while promoting a collaborative work culture. Experience collaborating with architects to create cohesive design solutions and integrate interior elements seamlessly with architectural plans. Proficiency in ArchiCAD desirable  Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of quality and precision in all work.
