Your Impact
Cisco Talos supports a majority of product lines within Cisco with security services, and we are searching for an experienced engineering leader to help us build and transform our internal integrations process. This leader should have a business and strategic background to help lay out priorities amongst a cross-functional team and have demonstrated executive communications skills. The right candidate will collaborate effectively across a world-class team of security researchers, analysts, engineers, product managers and financial teams.
* Lead prioritization conversations with Senior leaders
* Build a cross-functional process from intake to outcomes completed
* Build a "storefront" with documentation and requirements to standardize service integrations regardless of product
* Create dashboards and other tools for easy executive information gathering
* Work with financial teams to create cost models and refine investment asks
* Collaborate with product management teams on roadmaps and reporting
* Manage reporting to cross-functional teams and collate materials from across engineering and research teams into relevant high-level summaries
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in product or program management within engineering
* 5+ years experience with project management tools is required, with familiarity in JIRA and/or Aha! considered a plus
* 5+ years experience data visualization and dashboard creation, with experience in tools like Tableau considered a plus
* 3+ years experience in executive reporting
Preferred Qualifications
* A working knowledge or strong curiosity about cybersecurity, or a background that includes working with complicated technical content
* Ability to synthesize material from multiple inputs into high level summaries
* Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Self-starter with the ability to create relationships across an organization
* Excellent organization and project management skills
