Envestnet is seeking a Tamarac Support Intern to join our Client Service team. This position is expected to report to our Raleigh, NC office location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support our Client Services team in various tasks, including learning our portfolio accounting system, completing client requests, and contributing to ongoing projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry while developing your skills in data management, Reporting/Trading/CRM solutions, and client relations. You will also learn to develop communication and problem solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with client inquiry resolution and ensure high client satisfaction Manage technical requestsResolve variances in a timely mannerNavigate client databasesInternal reporting (ticket metrics and billable time review)Learn performance calculations and the Tamarac Reporting platformDocument client requests in ZendeskInternal maintenance of help center and KB articlesDemonstrates a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring that client information and documentation are correct and up to date.Exhibits meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in work processes and communications, and identifying potential errors before they impact client service.Works effectively within a team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration to achieve common goals and enhance client satisfaction.Shows proficiency in using relevant software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Maintains a proactive and enthusiastic approach, contributing to a positive work environment and motivating team members to provide exceptional client service.Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in (or hold) bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office programs requiredAbility to work independently under tight deadlinesStrong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleaguesProven to be reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters

Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program:

Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program provides a paid, 10-week, full-time experience for qualified students to learn more about Envestnet and what we do. Interns will receive hands on exposure to the inner workings of their teams and functions.

The 2025 Summer Internship program will begin on June 9th, 2025, and will conclude on August 15th, 2025. All interns must be a commutable distance to an office location and will be expected to work in office.
