General Description:Shipping Coordinator functions include but are not limited to:· Scheduling Controller (Trucking companies)· Must be able to communicate directly to corporate personal, upper management, and security personal· Input Data in SAP System· Organizational skills are a must· Filing, answer phones, and other clerical duties as required per Shipping Supervisor· Similar Industry experience preferred· Assist truck drivers with any questions they may have· All other General Shipping Coordinator FunctionsWorking Conditions:· Office Setting· Employee will work 40 hours per week M-F with Saturday work if necessary. Overtime pay availableRequired skills:· Knowledgeable in SAP, Microsoft Applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook, but not limited to· Loading Controller knowledge· Must have good interpersonal skills· People skills & Listening skills· Flexibility a plus· Be able to speak, write, and read EnglishEducation Requirements (if applicable):· Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.*EOE/Vet/Disabled*
