As a Sales executive you will possess sales and business experience and a comprehensive understanding of complex customers. You will have the capability to adapt and enjoy collaboration. You will increase revenue and foster customer relationships within the AECO industry. You will work with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal and channel teams to achieve sales targets, meet business objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will report to the Director for Field Sales.

As a Territory Account Sales Executive in the UK, you will help increase our growth and expand our market presence.
We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time but remote working is also supported within the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market shareYou will identify and prospect customers, build a pipeline, and convert leads into successful sales opportunitiesYou will establish and maintain strong relationships with important decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within important customersYou will conduct needs assessments and provide the right solutions to meet customer requirementsYou will maintain an understanding of our product portfolio, pricing structures, and contractual agreementsMinimum Qualifications
You have a sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutionsYou have sales process and account planning skills (TAS, Value-based Selling)You have executive selling and relationship experienceYou have a track-record in growing large and complex customersYou have experience establishing communication and engagement with prospectsYou achieve targets and exceed customer expectationsYou have experience balancing multiple sales opportunitiesArchitecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageous but is not a requirementYou are customer-centric and customer-focusedYou are motivated to understand your customer's priorities and help them achieve their vision and business goalsYou are competent to orchestrate your extended account teams#LI-SH1
