The Target Market Specialist (TMS) is a critical hybrid role that drives localized success for TireHub's strategic accounts and program dealer business in high-priority markets. This position serves as the bridge between corporate-level strategic account management and local store-level execution, ensuring seamless implementation of national programs while supporting the growth of program dealers.
This role will report to the Regional Sales Leader with a dotted line to the Strategic Account Manager.

Role Specifics:
Achieves sales targets in assigned markets by driving growth through program dealers and strategic account stores. Serves as the in-person representative for key strategic accounts (e.g., Belle Tire) at the store level—reinforcing promotions, ensuring operational execution, delivering training, and gathering feedback. Builds and maintains strong relationships with program dealers and local store personnel for strategic accounts. Collaborates regularly with Strategic Account Managers to align on account strategies, share field insights, and deliver best-in-class customer experience. Ensures program dealers and strategic account stores are fully enrolled in and leveraging all available TireHub, manufacturer, and shareholder programs. Promotes local and national promotional campaigns and work with stores to maximize their impact. Proactively identifies and resolve issues that may impact satisfaction or execution at stores. Supports market-level initiatives, including product rollouts, program launches, and new location openings. Coordinates with internal teams (i.e. Pricing, Credit, Operations, TLC, etc.) to support field needs. Maintains administrative excellence including CRM updates (Microsoft Dynamics), visit documentation, and follow-ups. Conducts regular store visits to build relationships and assess execution quality Gather market intelligence to provide feedback on local conditions and competitive activities Identify growth opportunities specific to assigned territory Participates in local industry events to enhance TireHub's visibility. Ensures individual personal adherence to TireHub policies, procedures, and guidelines. Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-person, virtual or computer-based learning modules as assigned. Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of Leadership, as requested.Competencies:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or related roles. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong understanding of retail operations and dealer business models.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent Communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A valid Driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; Does not include time on learner’s permits).Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in the tire industry or automotive aftermarket. Knowledge of strategic/national account management principles. Demonstrated success in territory growth and business development. Experience with dealer program implementation or management. Understanding o supply chain and inventory management concepts. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A valid Driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; Does not include time on learner’s permits).
Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment. Majority of time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles. Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate routinely critical system changes and emergency events. This role is based in the Chicago, Illinois, market. Must be able to travel up to 50-70%.
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000
