Targeting Analyst

Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for a Targeting Analyst to support a federal client’s high-tech organized crime program. The analyst will conduct tactical analysis on criminal enterprises that use Darknet marketplaces, encrypted messaging applications, and other cyber-enabled tools to sell illicit narcotics, with a particular focus on stemming the national opioid crisis. The analyst will provide targeting support to further criminal investigations by disseminating operational/investigative leads; sharing financial, open-source, and Darknet data; and writing targeting packages. The analyst should have specialized experience in technical, tactical, and targeting analysis involving criminal operations in the cyber domain, as well as a solid understanding of online drug trafficking activity, and have experience in developing operational leads and targeting packages. 

Required Qualifications:

Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility, with an in-scope CI Poly strongly preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of experience without a bachelor’s degree.Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience producing varied written products.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience identifying targets for criminal investigations, particularly actors who operate primarily online. Experience collecting and analyzing raw and finished intelligence from diverse sources, including by querying law enforcement databases and interfacing with internal and external law enforcement partners.Experience briefing executives on Darknet and/or narcotics matters. Proficiency with cryptocurrency tracing and experience assisting in serving legal process to cryptocurrency exchanges.Expertise in Darknet methodologies, tools, and tradecraft, including Darknet forums and marketplaces; encryption; TOR; anonymizers; and money laundering.
