Are you a versatile and results-oriented hospitality sales leader with multi-brand experience and a passion for driving revenue across diverse markets? We're looking for a Task Force Director of Sales to join our team—a high-impact, high-travel role where no two assignments are the same.

In this role, you'll travel up to 80% of the time within the U.S., stepping into key commercial leadership roles on an interim basis. Whether acting as Director of Sales, Group Sales Manager, or Catering/Events Manager, you’ll provide immediate support where it’s needed most. Your ability to adapt quickly, build strong relationships, and deliver results across Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, and other leading hotel brands will make you an invaluable resource to our team.

You’ll be responsible for executing sales strategies, driving market share, supporting on-site sales teams, and ensuring a smooth transition during leadership gaps or ramp-up periods. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact across a diverse portfolio of hotels while expanding your own brand as a go-to sales leader.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership roleProven experience working across multiple hotel brands (Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, etc.)Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% within the United StatesStrong understanding of hotel sales disciplines, including group, corporate, and catering/event segmentsAbility to quickly integrate into new environments and influence teams positivelyExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major hospitality CRM platforms (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, CI/TY)Professional demeanor with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Benefits
