Task Order Lead- TS/SCI with Poly

The Task Order Lead position will be rewarding as you work on a team with us and a Government customer where we will be providing support on a large program responsible for the sustainment of analytic work orchestration capabilities while providing integration, governance, release train management, deployment, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), development of Orchestration Services, acceptance testing, and sustainment of new capabilities to the operational baseline.


You will be the primary point of contact for Task Order coordination among the Contractor, the Government (CO, COR, GPMO). You will work alongside the Government Leads, as well as the appropriate contract personnel. You will be responsible for providing Task Order work deliverables, resolving TO performance shortfalls or deficiencies, supervising TO contractor personnel and communicating overarching Government objectives and goals for the TO contract to the contractor team.  You will grow the relationship between us and the Government Customer, building trust and dependency.

Responsibilities\:

Organize, direct and coordinate the planning and production of TO contract support activities.   Develop TO plans, integrated schedules, and resource estimates for projects using established project management standards.   Coordinate with the Government to enable timely problem resolution. Align staffing requirements. Facilitate product reporting in line with Agile delivery methods.

* Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph 8 years experience in technical leadership. 5 years experience managing rapid and continuous delivery of agile-based efforts. Demonstrated ability to\:
Rapidly prioritize competing requirements. Understand and synthesize customer requirements into executable capabilities. Communicate feedback to technical and design leads.
5 years experience managing rapid and continuous delivery of agile-based efforts.

Preferred\: 

Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent work experience. Program Management training and certification (e.g., PMI PMP) The following equivalent years of work experience may be substituted for degrees\:    
Junior - 0-4 yrs of experience Mid - 4-8 yrs of experience Senior - 8-12 yrs of experience SME - 12 yrs of experience * Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph 8 years experience in technical leadership. 5 years experience managing rapid and continuous delivery of agile-based efforts.
