The National Security Sector is seeking a Task Order Manager to join our F-16 FMS Product Support Integrator (PSI) team. This is a very dynamic ID/IQ contract which will have a significant number of task orders running simultaneously and a large number of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors supporting the effort.

The Task Order Manager’s day-to-day activities include managing technical task order on a day-to-day basis,  coordinating with government and internal Leidos management teams to ensure priorities and assignments are understood and executed, and  utilizing your extensive knowledge of the  F-16 component Repair and Return process. The task order manger will be responsible for the oversight, management and leadership of  multiple sub-contractors performing the component repairs on various task orders simultaneously and will need to be adept at understanding and mitigating risks associated with the implementation of component repair and obsolescence issues to ensure successful completion of the task orders on schedule and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Task Order Manager will be responsible for the logistics of all  program activities from conceptual stage through repair and return life cycle of various products. Develop and implement logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.; resolve logistics issues, and compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities. Must have a proven track record in all aspects of F-16 Repair and Return as well as end to end Subcontractor/Vendor, Cost, Quality, Schedule and Performance Management.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

Bachelor's degree with at least six to eight years’ experience in managing government programs. Additional years of experience, training, and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of education requirement.

US Citizen: Possessing an active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain upon hire.

Proven knowledge of F-16 repair and return is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Diverse management experience in the areas of Repair and Return (R&R, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS, and Engineering and Technical Support (E&TS)

Experience organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and implementation of support activities; interfacing with government personnel; formulating and reviewing project feasibility studies, evaluating costs, ensuring conformance with internal and external work standards; interpreting policies, purposes, and goals of the organization analysis of logistics support for military systems; Knowledge and  experience working with and drafting Lifecycle Logistics Documentation.

Familiar with Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) development and execution.

Experience with Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) development and execution.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

Master’s Degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience.

Active DoD Secret clearance is preferred.

PMP Certificate

F-16 Repair and Return Project Management

F-16 Crew Chief experience

F-16 Pro Supervision experience ​

Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
