We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TalkDesk eService TalkDesk Voice and TalkDesk. This role requires a deep understanding of the Utilities domain to drive innovative solutions and enhance customer experiences. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives.

This is transforming rapidly, thanks to expanding digital technologies, AI-driven self-service, and the adoption of cloud. Contact centers have re-shaped into experience centers that deliver pro-active, hyper-personalized services. Location: Orange, CT

Experience: 10+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of TalkDesk solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of TalkDesk eService and TalkDesk Voice within the existing technology infrastructure. Provide technical expertise in the Utilities domain to ensure solutions are aligned with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation for TalkDesk solutions. Ensure the scalability reliability and security of TalkDesk implementations. Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of TalkDesk systems to improve performance. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on TalkDesk technologies. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in TalkDesk and Utilities technologies. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the utilization of TalkDesk solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to TalkDesk systems and provide timely resolutions. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for TalkDesk implementations.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in TalkDesk eService TalkDesk Voice and TalkDesk technologies. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Utilities domain and its specific requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Show proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and architectural blueprints. Have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Be adept at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
