Tasker Management Tool (TMT) Administrator
\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\tTHIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD
\n\t\t\t
\n\t\t\tPeople, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking an TMT Administrator to enhance the command's ability to achieve strategic objectives by providing a wide range of administrative products. Personnel will deliver analytical, technical, and administrative products that contribute to the command's mission of countering threats and supporting SOF personnel, operations, and campaigns.\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\tResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to: \n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tProvide a comprehensive view of TMT tasks from beginning to end\n\t\t\t\tCreate TMT accounts for personnel to accomplish tasks\n\t\t\t\tAssign tasks to teams in TMT system\n\t\t\t\tReview each task and sub-assign taskers to appropriate directorate(s)\n\t\t\t\tCreate levels of sub-assignments as needed\n\t\t\t\tInitiate Senior Leader Approval Process (SLAP) routing for taskers requiring legal review and/or CG approval.\n\t\t\t\tProvide final administrative review of each tasker and close out for SOCCENT\n\t\t\t\tVerify licenses for SOCCENT TMT accounts quarterly\n\t\t\t\tManage and communicate task status updates\n\t\t\t\tSend email notifications to encourage task completion by established deadlines\n\t\t\t\tDisplay reports of real-time status and responses\n\t\t\t\tEnable immediate updates as situations change\n\t\t\t\tProvide weekly status of Past Due/Coming Due tasks to all Directorates weekly\n\t\t\t\tProvide weekly TMT progress updates to SOCCENT Chief of Staff (COS) and/or Vice Chief of Staff (VCOS)\n\t\t\t\tSupport special operations enterprise-wide collaboration\n\t\t\t\tManage SOCCENT network of contacts and identify potential candidates for inclusion\n\t\t\t\tConduct background research to support engagements and correspondence development\n\t\t\t\tSupport correspondence management\n\t\t\t\tSupport operations and policy creation\n\t\t\t\tTrack personnel actions and approvals\n\t\t\t\tMaintain repository of key leader engagements to ensure continuity and synthesis with command engagement strategy.\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\tRequired qualifications: \n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tBachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)\n\t\t\t\tO-4/O-5/WO3-WO5/E7-E8 level experience or GS-12 / Step 5 or higher equivalency as a DoD civilian.\n\t\t\t\tProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word)\n\t\t\t\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task\n\t\t\t\tKnowledge of office management systems and procedures\n\t\t\t\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\t\t\t\tInterpersonal skills to effectively liaise with executives and senior leaders\n\t\t\t\tAttention to detail and problem solving\n\t\t\t\tTop Secret/SCI Security Clearance\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\n
