Your Workplace
This position will work in national scale, attending all the Brazil regions. Necessary availability to travel often. 

The base unit for this position is Jundiaí. This professional can have residence in Southeast region preferably (São Paulo, Mato Grosso, etc). 

 

The candidate will be responsible for ensure and implementing Massey Ferguson strategy aligned to the brand guidelines considering region's characteristics, such as Market share, volumes and full portfolio implementation. Defining Massey Ferguson Commercial Plan for each concessionaries under responsibility, ensuring the implementation market actions to support the achievement of DPLAN. Skills to development and conducting and execution Dealer's Commercial Plan, analyzing the region Market Share, market potentials and opportunities of growth, as well as, statistics data of the region. Reviewing Dealer retail plan targets updating for all product lines, bringing market variations and correct seasonality. Implementing product mix strategy aligned the strategy to the DPlan. Being a focal point to manage a specific product connecting market demands to the Product Market department in order to development and product's improvement.

 

Your Impact

Management of Commercial Dealer Plan initiatives connected to the Incentive Plan results; Defining communication marketing area to the actions of advertising and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers; Manage national demonstration plan in partnership the dealers collecting results and achievements of each family of products. Working closely with commercial salesman on regionals actions, Relationship and Customer Support Program - Premium Massey Ferguson customers; Deal daily with large customers or farmers;

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

Complete Degree in Agronomics, Agronomy Engineering, or similar Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Hay Tools and Precision Ag); AG Market Knowledge, Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program; Marketing (Advertising and Promotion); Sales Funnel knowledge; English Intermediary Level (writing and communicating);
