Summary:

Responsible for preparing a variety of food items, cleaning kitchen and other areas and maintaining inventory rotation.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Wash chinaware, glassware and flatware Check all items to make sure they are completely clean before it is sent out to various areas  Discard all chipped plates, cracked or broken glassware, and checks for bent flatware Wipe down stainless steel tables Mop floor, clean walls and drains Check and refill all detergents that are being used in the area Thoroughly clean glass and dish machines before the end of each shift Upkeep of hot and cold foods and refills menu items when the supply runs low Set up and break down cook's station, stirring, watching temperatures, preparing vegetables, etc. Maintain a clean orderly work place at all times Adhere to Company sanitation standards Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Perform other duties as assigned
