The PMO Shared Services support function for the U.S. Non-Income-Based Tax (NIBT) team is integral to Oracle’s Tax organization, providing essential administrative and documentary support to facilitate compliance and audit activities. We are looking for a detailed-oriented candidate for a full-time role that primarily involves assisting with tax compliance processes by maintaining accurate records of tax filings, ensuring timely submissions, and supporting the coordination of audit operations. The Shared Services resource will gather and organize necessary documentation, assist in identifying discrepancies, and ensure audit schedules and deadlines are adhered to in Property Tax, Sales Tax, Use Tax and other Indirect tax areas. Additionally, the role includes supporting the resolution of tax discrepancies, collaborating with tax experts, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly. By managing administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, this position contributes to reducing the risk of non-compliance, thereby improving overall audit efficiency, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Federal and State NIBT regulations.
