Our Kforce client located in Saint Louis, MO is seeking to hire a Tax Accountant. This client offers great salary and benefits, 3 weeks PTO - this is a great opportunity for growth and good culture. This position is scheduled as hybrid, Monday -Thursday on site, WFH on Fridays. Responsibilities: * Preparing all financial data for processing tax returns * The Tax Accountant will be ensuring that clients comply with all relevant tax laws and regulations * Assisting clients during tax audits * Research tax issues * Financial Analysis - provide insight and recommendations * Interacting with clients to gather necessary information * Reconciling general ledger * Process journal entries * The Tax Accountant will maintain organized records of tax documents, communications, and other relevant materials * Additional projects as assigned by leadership
