Job Description
We are hiring a Tax Accountant to work with our Corporate Tax team in our Omaha headquarters. In this role, you will be involved with Canadian income tax filings, audits, research and planning, and transfer pricing documentation. You may also assist with U.S. International, Federal, and State tax compliance. ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Canadian Federal and Provincial returnsCalculations for quarterly tax provisions and monthly installment paymentsAssist with income tax audits and field supportPreparation of transfer pricing documentationResearch and analysis of tax issuesCompletion of other assigned projectsMay include preparation of U.S. International, Federal, and State calculationsEssential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting1 year of tax experienceIncome tax experience (internship or post-college)Proven technical abilitiesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsDetail-orientedEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, income tax compliance and research software)Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and work independently and as part of a teamSome travel may be requiredAdditional Skills & QualificationsNew graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant internship experiencePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $50.00
