**Senior to Manager Tax Accountant**
**Location:** North Richland Hills, TX (ON-SITE)
**Salary Range:** $52,000 - $96,000/year + Bonus
**Position Type:** Full-time
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our established CPA firm as a **Senior Accoutnant with the goal to move to Accoutning Manager** . This role offers an opportunity to grow within the firm and take on client base responsibilities, working in all areas of public accounting. Ideal candidates will have a proprietary attitude and a desire to develop their skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide tax preparation and consulting services in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
+ Manage and assume client base responsibilities.
+ Prepare and review financial reports.
+ Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
+ Stay up to date on accounting standards and tax laws to offer informed guidance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting (BBA or MPA), preferably with a minor in Information Technology.
+ CPA certification or current pursuit of CPA designation.
+ 2 to 7 years of experience in public accounting.
+ Strong knowledge of tax preparation, financial reporting practices, and consulting services.
+ Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Professional attitude, attire, and excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Flexibility to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
