Tax Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back office and other administrative activities within the Tax function, in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will provide support for various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews, contract structures, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and preparing supporting documentation (e.g., tax transfer pricing documentation, support for tax returns, etc.).The work model for the role is:#LI-onsite, #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupporting in the implementation of relevant standards, processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters in your area of responsibility.•\tAssisting in all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of your tax practice/area.•\tProviding support during tax audits and any other requests from tax authorities.•\tPerforming Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) processes in the respective areas of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou are immersed engaged with SUT,Vertex,SAP. Focus on the shared services/manufacturing market. \tAbility to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills. Must have 4-7 years of experience in Indirect taxation. Responsible for all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of own tax practice/area.Must have the experience in handling a team. Must be flexible in working for any shift timings\tYou are passionate about ,you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office \tDegree in Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce\tYou are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
