Tax Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute back office and other administrative activities within the Tax function, in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will provide support for various projects and initiatives, including project risk reviews, contract structures, etc. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and preparing supporting documentation (e.g., tax transfer pricing documentation, support for tax returns, etc.).The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Financial Functions from Mexico to LATAM.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupporting in the implementation of relevant standards, processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of corporate tax matters in your area of responsibility.•\tAssisting in all tax accounting and reporting activities within the scope of your tax practice/area.•\tProviding support during tax audits and any other requests from tax authorities.•\tPerforming Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) processes in the respective areas of responsibility.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou have 2-3 years of experience calculating indirect, direct and deferred taxes.\tYou have experience in general accounting and in annual income tax return.\tIf you have experience with analysis and interpretation of financial statements is an asset.\tYou have experience with an ERP (preferably SAP).\tIf you have knowledge of NIF and audit is an asset.\tAbility to demostrate you experience with Excel.\tIf you have knowledge of USGAAP standards and experience with account reconciliations are a plus.\tYou are easy to communicate in English in an intermediate level.\tYou have a bachelors degree completed.
