Dow is looking for a Tax Analyst for Latin America Tax Data & Technology team based in São Paulo, Brazil. The main scope is: recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established operating procedures and/or analytical/scientific methods under a moderate degree of supervision. May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.

Responsibilities:

Support and configuration for Tax Systems

Translate Tax requirements in system configuration

Develop citizen development automations based on Tax Requirements

Identify key issues, pain-points, fixing automation failures

SAP business systems integration support, collaborating with the IT team to offer solutions and resolve any issues that may arise

Work on automation projects, with special focus on time saving, risk prevention, and opportunities for improvement
Gather business requirements and work as developer (Alteryx/Power Platform/RPA)

Create functional and technical requirements documentation

Test Plan and Test execution

Assist with ongoing support for post go live activities

May perform other jobs related duties as assigned

Experience:

Degree or ongoing education in Information Technology, computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related discipline

2+ years of experience

Languages: Intermediate English & Advanced/Native Portuguese

Excel Intermediate (Vlookup, Pivot Table) and others Microsoft Office (User Level)

Experience with SAP FI, MM or SD

Experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power APPs, Power Automate) is a plus

Experience with Alteryx is a plus

Experience in Tax Technology is a plus

Experience with Brazil Tax or LAA Tax Countries is a plus

Some travel may be required in the future and will adhere to travel guidelines/restrictions related to current COVID conditions
