We’re searching for a Tax Analyst based in Skopje , to join our Tax Team so that we can ensure accurate and timely compliance with tax obligations across our global operations. The Tax Analyst will assist with both indirect and direct tax compliance and reporting, working closely with other departments and external tax consultants to support the company's tax strategy and improve processes. How You’ll Spend Your Time: + Prepare and file group indirect tax obligations (US sales & use tax, Canadian GST, UK VAT, Australian VAT) to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. + Assist with corporate income tax filings in various jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK, Canada, Australia) in order to support global tax compliance. + Collaborate with the accounting team to calculate and report quarterly and year-end tax provisions, ensuring accurate financial records. + Support various ad-hoc tax reporting needs and cross-functional projects to streamline tax-related processes across the business. + Develop and implement policies and procedures related to tax compliance and reporting to enhance operational efficiency. What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having: + Experience and understanding of taxes and tax related jargon, ideally in a co rporate or multinational setting. + Excellent command of English. + Hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint. + Technologically competent – Oracle/NetSuite, Tax provision software, Office 365 tools, etc. + Sincere interest in healthcare industry transformation and ensuring the best and safest care for patients worldwide. + A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve common goals.
