We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Analyst to assist with tax return preparation, compliance, and reporting. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate tax assessments and adherence to regulations.
+ Corporate & Trade Tax Return Preparation:
+ Process consultant questionnaires with the German tax team.
+ Prepare accounting data for tax returns.
+ Gather necessary information from various company departments.
+ Provide additional information as needed.
+ Check tax assessments for accuracy.
+ Reconcile payments and prepare accounting documents (e.g., trade tax, corporation tax).
+ Maintain checklists for DAC-6/AGV information collection
+ Transfer Pricing Support:
+ Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
+ Document business transactions.
+ Address transfer pricing inquiries from German operations.
+ Support tax processing of extraordinary transactions.
+ Accompanying training sessions for German operations ("tax managers)
+ Reporting:
+ Prepare standard and ad hoc reports
+ Internal Controls:
+ Maintain and optimize the internal control system.
+ Update the internal compliance manual in coordination with the Corp Tax team.
+ Manage the ICS tool (Microsoft 365-based).
+ Compliance Processes:
+ Organize and monitor internal compliance processes, including:
+ Regular compliance meetings.
+ Compilation of departmental risks.
+ Follow-up on action items from meetings.
+ Audit Support:
+ Assist with tax audits by preparing responses to inquiries related to Corporate & Trade Tax Return and transfer pricing data.
+ Training
+ Organize training sessions for the tax department in collaboration with specialists.
