This is a hybrid role based in Malvern, PA (3 days in office)
The Associate, Tax is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of all sales and use tax returns, the set up of sales tax licenses, and any special projects.

Responsibilities
Prepares all state and use tax returns for owned and managed propertiesSets up sales tax licenses for all newly owned propertiesSets up monthly sales tax calculation reportsHandles tax rate look-up monthlyAnswers and takes care of notices with the taxing authority for owned and managed propertiesWorks with Third Party Management dailyPerforms special projects when neededPerforms other related duties as required and assigned
