Job Title: Tax Associate 
Job Location: Palm Desert
Salary: $60k-$85k
Requirements: 1+ years of tax experience for a public accounting firm

We are looking for a Tax to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, auditing tax records, and providing tax advice to our clients. You will also be responsible for conducting research and developing solutions to complex tax issues, as well as maintaining and updating our tax databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businessesConduct research and provide advice to clients regarding tax issuesAudit tax records to identify potential issues or discrepanciesDevelop solutions to complex tax issuesMaintain and update tax databases

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation or related fieldBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldKnowledge of tax laws and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

CPA certificationExperience in tax planningExperience in tax accountingExperience in corporate or individual taxStrong communication and interpersonal skills
