Tax Compliance Analyst
 

In this role You will:

Adhering to tasks outlined in EBSC's EMS/QMS SystemsPreparing draft returns accurately and promptly, even with high complexityConducting validations and reconciliations for supported countries, ensuring follow-up on any discrepanciesPerforming balance sheet reconciliation (BSI) work on VAT matters for supported businesses/countriesCalculating data additions and corrections with precisionPreparing VAT Accounting Journal for finance teams to post indirect tax transactions/paymentsResolving queries and issues directly with Country Finance/Tax teams, escalating only when necessaryCollaborating with Team Leader and Country Finance/Tax teams to understand priorities and deliver accordinglyEnsuring work is conducted according to timetables, maintaining proper documentation of process activities and data used/createdIdentifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and control within your area of workResponding to tax audit-related inquiries

What You will need to be successful:

Relevant degree2 to 3 years of experience in related Indirect Tax Accounting and Reporting areaExceptional language (English) and interpersonal skills, focusing on client responsivenessStrong analytical skills, numeracy, and financial awarenessCustomer- and service-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive under pressure and take prompt actionConfident demeanor in internal and external interactionsExcellent communication and cooperation abilitiesAssertiveness to tackle challenges head-on
