What You'll Do Tax Analyst - Support Team is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to work in an innovative environment and grow within our business. The Support Team Tax Analyst will primarily provides our customers exceptional product assistance and service information via phone and email. You must be efficient, accurate, deadline-driven, and excel in a changing and fast-paced environment. You will report into the Manager - Tax & Compliance What Your Responsibilities Will Be Job Duties You will provide customer phone and email support in all aspects of the business, including product functions and features. You will be responsible to maintain/update our customer information. Prepare sales and lodging tax returns based on deadline requirements. Work closely with jurisdictions via phone and email to investigate and resolve notices, amend tax returns, close customer tax accounts, and troubleshoot filing discrepancies. Proactively participate in a dynamic and innovative environment to identify areas of improvement and efficiency. Demonstrate consistent dependability, efficiency, and accuracy in work tasks. What You'll Need to be Successful Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in Customer Support 1 to 3 years of experience in Indirect taxes, which can include Sales & Use, Communications Tax, Lodging taxes, or experience dealing with taxing jurisdictions Knowledgeable in Excel (can perform complex functions), Word, and Outlook, A quick study with the ability to teach yourself new skills like software applications and find answers on your own. Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly, calmly, analytically, and methodically. A positive, can-do attitude Work cross-functionally with other teams to foster a strong community and information sharing. Shift timing - 6 PM to 3 AM #LI-Onsite - Pune - Work from Office 5 days a week.
