Job Description:
The Tax Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company’s full compliance with Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations. This role includes the accurate preparation, filing, and timely payment of tax returns such as VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax. The specialist will maintain organized tax records, assist in audits, and coordinate with external auditors and government agencies on tax-related matters. Additionally, they will conduct periodic tax reviews, provide guidance to internal teams on tax compliance, and support the development of tax strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize risks. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the company’s financial accuracy and compliance while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements
