Thousands of lawyers, accountants and professional firms across Australia rely of Wolters Kluwer’s tax research platforms to advise their clients and prepare tax returns.

This role is based in Sydney (Macquarie Park) and is a full-time role with flexible working conditions.

Responsibilities:


You are responsible for writing content across various tax law practice areas, targeted at tax professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

Write commentary and practical information for tax professionals to access via our Wolters Kluwer online research platforms such as CCH IntelliConnect and CCH iKnowWrite current awareness pieces to provide updates on announcements and changes for tax professionalsExercise subject matter expertise in relevant tax law practice areas to improve and update our contentConduct ongoing reviews of existing content to refine and enhance it; identify and participate in new content development or content enhancementsDevelop a thorough understanding of the needs of your customer group and create content to meet these needs; monitor customer feedback and business intelligence to inform the customer experienceDirect, influence, and coordinate external writing contributors

About you

4+ years’ experience in tax advisory servicesBachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or lawExcellent writing skillsWorking knowledge of Australian tax law, tax compliance and business needs of tax professionalsThe ability to translate highly technical legal detail for customer comprehensionSubject matter expertise in GST, FBT or superannuation desirableAbility to work in a team environmentTime management skills and capability to meet deadlines
