  Join Our Team as a Tax Intern – U.S. Tax Compliance! Are you ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of tax compliance? At Yum! Brands, Inc., we're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our U.S. income tax compliance team. This is your chance to gain invaluable hands-on experience and make a real impact in a global company.   What You'll Do: Tackle Tax Challenges: Assist with federal, state, and local income tax notice responses, and gather tax return information to support our third-party service providers. Prepare and File: Get hands-on experience preparing federal and state quarterly excise tax returns. Audit Support: Provide crucial support during federal and state audits by gathering tax return and supporting workpaper data.   What We're Looking For: Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Candidates looking for a commitment longer than 1 year are preferred.) Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP). Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
