About the Role:

We are looking for a Tax It Engineer with expertise in global tax systems to drive the development and optimization of our financial platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance financial solutions that support our global tax management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of financial systems, from initial concept (0-1) to full-scale implementation.Lead the SAP Finance module for Brazil´s Tax solution design and implementation. Apply financial product management expertise to develop solutions aligned with global tax regulations and compliance requirements. Work cross-functionally with finance, engineering, and business teams to identify needs, define product roadmaps, and execute product strategies. Document product requirements, workflows, and system architectures clearly and effectively. Drive process improvements to enhance financial system efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 3+ years experience on Financial roles with a foundational understanding of global tax concepts and methodologies. Prior experience building financial systems from scratch is essential. Languages: Fluent in English with strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Chinese will be a plus. Skills & Mindset: Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across departments effectively. User-centric approach with a high level of ownership and accountability. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an internet company. Familiarity with large-scale enterprise information system architectures. Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus.
