In that respect, we are very much attached to find a candidate with a strong sense of commitment, towards the tasks, the business and the team. Although mostly located in France, our Tax team is spread over many geographies and we offer you to be part of an international setting with many contacts across different functions and countries. As part of the China & AMEA Tax Team (that is operationally responsible for tax matters in all Asian countries, Middle East and Africa), you will report to the CHC Head of Tax for India & MEA.Your main responsibilitiesAssist the CHC Head of Tax for India in overseeing all Indian tax matters, with direct responsibilities on our 2 CHC legal entities (Opella Healthcare India Pte Ltd and Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Ltd);Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations in India;Collaborate with Indian cross-functional teams, especially Account-to-Report Teams;Ensure compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements, in coordination with our Transfer Pricing Team.About youStrong expertise in Indian direct and indirect taxesGood knowledge of Indian accounting rulesGood communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the other stakeholdersExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritise tasks effectivelyPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
