The Tax Manager will oversee tax engagements, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely preparation of client tax returns while providing leadership and mentorship to team members. This hybrid role offers flexibility and significant opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and review of client tax returns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Make strategic decisions on tax matters, consulting with partners on complex cases as needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive communication and tailored tax planning strategies. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior staff, ensuring high standards of technical proficiency and professionalism. Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations, advising clients accordingly. Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

CPA license required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong expertise in tax laws, compliance, and planning. Proven leadership, communication, and client management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
