Netherlands Tax manager
Working under the Regional Tax Manager, there is a team who split the responsibility of countries and together lead the tax function in Europe, Middle East & Africa (“EMEA”). This position is one of those key Managers position providing tax planning, tax controversy and oversight (monitoring tax compliance, reporting, risk) for certain countries (portfolio will depend on the candidates’ experience, but will likely include, aside from Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria). It also manages Corteva Holding company structure and provides international tax planning advise on potential projects. The position is home-based and offers full flexibility as the incumbent can be based anywhere in the Netherlands. Office presence in Bergen op Zoom will be required only occasionally for meetings with the Board of Directors.

Broad exposure to all global and regional tax positions. Key interactions with: Regional Tax Manager, US Tax Team, Business Tax Managers, other Tax Managers, Director of International Tax, Tax Accounting Manager, EMEA VAT Manager and Vice President of Tax.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-6 years of tax experience in a big4 and/or in the tax department of a multi-international company.Knowledge and experience in Dutch corporate tax compliance.Knowledge of US Tax regulation, Tax accounting and Transfer Pricing is desirable.Fluency in English and Dutch.Solid German language skills desirable.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
