In 2023, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR € 6,515 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years) Eurofins NSC Italia is seeking a highly motivated Country Tax Manager to join its team in Milan North-East (Vimodrone Site, Metro Verde: Cascina Burrona). You will provide tax advisory services for international and domestic projects, including M&A, restructuring, and integration. You'll manage quarterly tax accounting, reporting, and support tax compliance. You’ll work with external Transfer Pricing consultants and ensure audit readiness in Italy. You will be the primary contact with Italian tax authorities, managing audits and collaborating with local advisors. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, based in Milan, with hybrid work options. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-cultural teams are essential. Your responsibilities + Provide tax advisory services to local businesses (international/ cross-border projects). + Support on M&A projects and related integration activities as well as other restructuring projects or tax planning opportunities. + Support local businesses and Common Shared Services to assure tax compliance (CIT, WHT, VAT, etc.). + Monitor transactions from tax risk perspective and provide corresponding input for tax accounting and reporting. + Maintain the tax related internal controls. + Ensure that Group Transfer Pricing policies are properly followed. + Manage Corporate Income Tax/ Transfer Pricing audits and disputes in Italy.
