Tax Manager

Your tasks:

Strategic tax planning, tax policies and tax advice related to all ZF operations in China Coordinate between China entities and APAC headquarter for all tax matters Assistance with any ad hoc APAC projects as required Communication of all tax issues to the various stakeholders and changes in the underlying legislation Responsibility for all tax matters relating to M&A activity, due diligence and planning for China

Your profile:

Minimum 8 years of expériences in tax management area;  experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage ; Solid China tax experience is a must Knowledge of IFRS in order to render such support as needed would be a very strong advantage Strong communication skills in written and spoken English & Chinese
