We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager in our headquarters who will bring their strong analytical and problem-solving skills to our team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including, but not limited to, DTA and payable proof, UTP, RTP, TARF and intercompany allocations in accordance with ASC 740 Prepare and assist in quarterly tax related financial statement disclosures for Forms 10-K and 10-Q reporting Manage quarterly audit and SOX processes Manage ASC 718 stock compensation, R&D tax credit and Section 174 calculations, and work with external providers for related studies Manage and assist in US federal and state income tax compliance, work with external providers for return preparation and filing Assist in tax notices, tax audits and queries from tax agencies Assist in international tax provision and compliance matters Review transfer pricing calculations and assist with transfer pricing documentation Manage fixed asset data for tax depreciation calculations Provide support for property tax and indirect tax complianceRequirements:
Bachelor of Accounting degree Master of Taxation degree and CPA Strong US federal tax experience in multinational US public company setting 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial tax in public accounting or in multinational corporations, preferably 2+ years in corporate environment Detailed oriented with strong accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP Strong analytical, research, problem solving, and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team environment Self-motivated and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Strong computer skills: proficient in Excel and Word; experience with Oracle preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Remote option position if outside our core locations
The base range is $125,000-$174,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time regular position.
