As a Family Office Advisory Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in that mission, providing tailored advisory services for some of our most prestigious clients across all backgrounds.

Your key responsibilities
Family Office Advisory Services is unique in that you will be tasked with supporting the legacy of the family by protecting, improving and growing the family’s financial, social and human capital. Depending on your unique skills and ambitions, you could be managing various responsibilities, from consulting and advising clients who include high-profile individuals of extremely high net worth with expectations to match. You will review family office current governance, operations and technology systems, decisions and processes through interviews of key personnel, external advisors and family members. You will become a trusted advisor to your clients and a role model for our people across multiple teams, making this a great place to develop a diverse network of collaborative colleagues. Whatever you find yourself doing, you’ll personally coach and develop a highly trained team, all while handling activities with a focus on quality and commercial value.

What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $105,400 to $193,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $126,400 to $219,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
