Tax Manager (CPA) for a local CPA firm!

All-in Compensation:  $150,000 - $200,000 (Commission in the first year and opportunity to buy-in)

On-site Position: Monday through Friday in Edgewater, MD

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the firm in addition to providing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to a high net worth individual (HNWI) client base. The successful candidate should be a CPA with excellent tax compliance and planning experience and the ability to work independently while being the point person of the firm.

Position Overview:

Provide tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to clientsAnalyze client financial statements to determine the most advantageous tax strategiesIdentify potential tax savings opportunitiesPrepare tax returns and related documents accurately and timelyEnsure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulationsProvide advice and assistance to clients related to tax planning and accounting mattersManage client relationshipsReview and sign off on tax returns and other documents as necessary

Qualifications:

Current CPA licenseMinimum of 8 years of tax planning, compliance, and consulting experience with HNWI and their entitiesCurrently involved with complianceFinal sign-off experienceOn-site Monday through Friday for client meetings
