The Finance team is hiring for Tax Manager - 12 month FTC

Responsible for handling a variety of tax obligations of Cboe with a focus on UK and EU matters.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to make an impact in the organisation. Be inquisitive and identify areas for process improvement within the tax function.  Embrace technology and create efficiencies where possible.  Challenge the status quo.  Take ownership of tasks and ensure timeliness and a high quality work product.  Be a strategic partner with business leaders in the organization and bring value by mitigating risks and enhancing compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in advising on multinational tax planning initiatives

Assess the impact of UK and EU tax legislation

Prepare UK and NL statutory tax provisions

Prepare UK and NL income tax returns

Prepare UK income tax estimated payments

Prepare UK and NL group value-added tax returns

Request UK and NL certificates of residence

Monitor and maintain intercompany arrangements, associated transfer pricing policies and update transfer pricing local files

Respond to inquiries from tax authorities

Assist with year end audit queries relating to tax and transfer pricing

Assist in various tax accounting, direct and indirect tax duties

Basic Qualifications:

At least 5 years of professional tax experience

Skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets and dealing with financial and numeric data

Organized and able to successfully manage multiple tasks at a time

Attentive to detail

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

ACA, ACCA or CTA

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance related subject preferred
