Job DutiesUnder broad direction, manage the US federal tax processes. This includes US related compliance, provision, planning, and audit support for domestic operations.
Technical expertise in US income taxation of corporations including corporate reorganizations and international business operations Broad knowledge of accounting for income taxation under US GAAP (ASC 740) Experience in reviewing business operational activities and accounting records, identifying income tax issues, researching applicable tax law, reaching technical conclusions, and communicating conclusions verbally and in writing Experience in reviewing relevant tax forms including Forms 1120, 8865, 5471, 8858, and 1118 Experience in defending income tax return positions under audit by the Internal Revenue Service Experience in developing relationships and working collaboratively across various departments and areas of the business Responsible for career development and coaching of personnel Qualifications Completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting or related field. 7 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and competency. Excellent personal communications skills and ability to work in team environment a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in taxation or accounting preferred Applicable professional certification preferred Experience using OneSource Income Tax and Tax Provision, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, and Hyperion preferred
