Tax Preparer (Seasonal)

Job Description:
A well-established CPA firm in Beverly, MA is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer for the upcoming tax season. The position will focus on preparing federal and state individual tax returns.

Responsibilities:

Prepare individual tax returns (Form 1040) for federal and state taxes with minimal supervision.Maintain accurate work papers to support tax filings, primarily in a digital format.Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information.Utilize tax preparation software (CCH ProFX or Axcess preferred) to complete returns.Review and apply federal and state tax regulations.

Requirements:
